SALES AND PROMOTIONS

What is a BOGO Sale?
Our “Buy One Get One Sale” allows customers to purchase an item and receive the second qualifying item for free. Customers are not eligible to purchase one of the BOGO items at half price.

What is Produce Blow out Wednesday?
Our Wednesday Blow out sale allow customers to take advantages of our produce deals at low prices.

How can I get the best deals at Fresco?
There are many ways to save, customers can look for our “blue” TPR labels every day and for our weekly ad deals, you can find our “green” label on the products.


STORE POLICIES

Can I use reusable grocery bags to carry items while I shop?
Although we encourage our customers to use reusable bags, we ask that you wait to use them until checkout. You may use our shopping carts or baskets to carry items while shopping in store.

What is your policy for rainchecks?
Our raincheck policy is in place to guarantee that our customers are able to purchase our Weekly Ad items at the sale price whenever we are unable to provide it.

What is your coupon policy?
Fresco gladly accepts select coupons and reserves the right to accept, refuse or limit the use of any coupon.

What is your return/refund policy?
If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase at Fresco, we’ll be happy to refund your money with a proper receipt. (not available during Covid-19 pandemic)

Do you offer case discounts?
We offer an automatic 10% discount on select products when customers purchase an entire case (Case discount needs to be separated from regular purchases).


OUR PRODUCTS

How can I learn more about a product in-store?
Our friendly team members are more than happy to answer any product questions you have, also in Our CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA, you can fill out a form for a product request or any other questions and leave it in our drop box.

How do I recommend a product?
We welcome product recommendations and evaluate these based on overall demand. We have a drop box in the customer service area.

How can I special order a product?
We are delighted to fulfill your special-order request whenever we can. Just ask the appropriate department manager or fill out a form and leave it in the drop box in customer service.

How do I find out if Fresco carries a specific product?
Call Fresco for the most up-to-date information on whether an item is in stock or available for special order.


RECALLS

Can I get a refund or replacement for an item that has been recalled?
Return the item to the store and a team member will be happy to assist you with a refund or replacement. If you no longer have the product, please bring your receipt to the store for further assistance.


GIFT CARD BASICS

Is there a minimum amount and/or maximum amount I can put on a gift card?
Fresco Gift cards can be loaded for any amount between $5 and $200. You can purchase up to $300.00 worth of gift cards in a single transaction.

How do I check my gift card balance?
To check your gift card balance any of the team members can help you in the registers.

How many gift cards may I purchase at once?
You may purchase 10 gift cards in a single transaction. Multiple transactions must be completed to purchase more than 10 gift cards.

Can I change the value of my gift card purchase or cancel the transaction?
All gift card transactions are final. If you want to increase the gift card value, a new transaction will be required

Can I use my gift card for online purchases or through Instacart?
Gift cards may be redeemed in-store only


ORDERING ONLINE OR PICKUP DELIVERY

To place an order:

  1. We Partner with Instacart for Online Shopping. Please go to Instacart.com and choose Fresco Community Market for your store.
  2. You can also send an email to grocery@frescomarkets.com with your list and our team members can get the items on the list for you. Please also provide your phone number in case that we have any questions or to ask for replacements.
  3. Once a list is complete, the team members will send you and email to confirm that is ready.
  4. Next, Pickup the order in the store, if you prefer you can give the credit card to our team member at curbside so the payment can be processed inside the store and your grocery will be brought to your car by a Fresco team member.
  5. From here, you’re all set – it’s that simple
